The mission of the Methuen Arlington Neighborhood is to engage and serve children and families in need with compassion, respect and dignity by building on individual and community strengths to help resolve life challenges together. We provide a safe haven with a "kids come first" approach. If you believe in our cause, we welcome your support and involvement.

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT
Man, Inc. is committed to building a better community for
future generations. We take part in events like “National
Night Out” which is an annual community event where
residents of the neighborhood come together to get
neighborhoods actively involved in preventing crime in their community. It also builds a partnership with Methuen Fire and Police and our city and state officials. We have a bike rodeo, raffles, make your own sundaes and different activity stations like water, popcorn, face painting and a prize table.
ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY

Methuen Arlington Neighborhood is committed to providing the best possible community engagement through fun, interactive activities all year round. We pride ourselves on our annual Christmas party, which we have a joyous occasion loved by families and children alike in the surrounding neighborhood. Each attendee receives a special gift from Santa, as well as their picture taken. They also participate in crafts. We also hold a wrapping party for Santa's Elves and have a Yankee swap after.
YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

Methuen Arlington Neighborhood in conjunction with Mass Hire have a Youth Employment Program in which we hire Youth Mentors ages 16-21 yrs old for our Summer's Park Program. Workers must meet income eligibility requirements. Youth workers must be responsible, reliable, dependable and be able to follow written and oral instructions. Worker must be able to work independently or in small teams. Worker must be able to interact positively with young children attending the Summer Park Program and have good communication skills.
